Our spacious and sunny 30A beach home is the perfect destination to relax with loved ones. We are a short walk / bike ride to the soft white-sand beaches and turquoise waters you’ve been waiting for. At day’s end, our home’s open-concept first-floor provides an inviting living room where there is plenty of space for everyone to come together to talk, cook, laugh, play, and unwind. When you are ready for more privacy, head off to one of our five comfortable bedrooms.

Great subdivision
“Our two week stay at this property was great. We had a total of 7 people and had ample space. Jeff was able to answer all our questions and was quick to respond. Beach fun, great house!
“The beach house was great! We had five parents and seven children ages 6 to 13. Beds were comfortable. The house was nice and private and we enjoyed sitting out on the top balcony in the evening. Everyone loved riding bikes around the neighborhood and to Rosemary Beach for shopping and eating. The owner, Jeffrey, could not have been more helpful. He even Amazon’d us cookie sheets.”
